Welcome to our signature program The Journey Inwards, an introduction to mindfulness meditation facilitated by Dionne Toussaint.

Once enough persons (6-10)have expressed interest, the new dates/times will be released and the next cycle will begin. (Do you have a group in mind?)

  • 6 Core Sessions: Once per week for 60-90 minutes over six consecutive weeks or six days in one week.

  • 1 Intro Session- Question & Answer Question

  • Each meditation session includes: a presentation; meditation practice period; and Q&A period

  • All classes, programs and sessions are offered freely, by donation, with love.

Select Your Registration Option Below

A. Join our “Core Group” Without regular practice, mindfulness won’t be transformational. Change only happens through the mechanisms of regular practice. We are happy to award participants with free admission to the entire 6 session program. For this “no-obligation” option, Full Attendance (6 Sessions) is Required. *You will also be helping me fulfill a requirement for my teacher certification by attending all 6 sessions. (1 Emergency/ Missed Session can be accommodated with a make-up session.) Thank you and Congratulations on choosing this generous and transformational option.

B. Join our “Drop-in Group.” This is an invitation to drop into any or all six (6) sessions. For this option Come when you can and “Donate What You Can.” In meditation traditions, this practice is called Dāna. Dāna is a Sanskrit and Pali word that connotes the virtue of generosity, charity or giving of alm. Dāna is the generosity that develops naturally from a deep feeling of gratitude. These sessions are being offered freely and with this option, I invite you to take the opportunity to practice your own generosity in choosing how much to pay. In meditation traditions, generosity is an essential component of spiritual liberation and freedom. As we evolve our capacity for giving, we develop our empathy and skillfulness to understand what would be of most benefit to others and cultivate sincere concern for the happiness and wellbeing of all.
